  1. Send us a photograph

    One clear picture of their pet is enough — the one you already have, taken on a phone, is what most commissions begin with. Choose the tradition you want them rendered in.

  2. Approve the proof

    The studio returns a proof in minutes. Nothing is charged until you have seen it and said yes, so there is no gift you are committed to before you know how it looks.

  3. We send it to them

    Mark it a gift and the canvas dispatches to the recipient rather than to you, with your note printed on an enclosed card. The confirmation comes to you alone, so the surprise survives.
