One clear picture of their pet is enough — the one you already have, taken on a phone, is what most commissions begin with. Choose the tradition you want them rendered in.

Approve the proof
The studio returns a proof in minutes. Nothing is charged until you have seen it and said yes, so there is no gift you are committed to before you know how it looks.

We send it to them
Mark it a gift and it dispatches to the recipient rather than to you, and the confirmation comes to you alone. Tick the box asking us to email them, and we send your note with a link to see their portrait once you have paid; leave it unticked to keep the surprise.

No. The studio renders the portrait in a painted style with AI, and it is printed on cotton-blend canvas, stretched and ready to hang, or on a phone case. You see the proof before you pay anything.
Can I keep it a surprise?
Yes. Any clear photo of their dog works, including one from your own phone or one they have shared. You see a free proof before you pay anything. Mark it a gift and it ships to them while your receipt comes to you, and we only email them if you tick the box asking us to.
Can I give the phone case as a gift?
Yes. Any free proof can be printed on a phone case for $45, for recent iPhone and Samsung Galaxy models, and it ships to them just like a canvas. Check which phone they use first (it's in their phone's settings): each case is made for one model. Each one is made to order, so it can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship to 32 countries; the full list is in the country menu at checkout. Delivery takes 5–12 business days in the US, 9–19 business days internationally from your order, so for Mother's Day or a birthday, count back from the day and leave some room.
