- How does the gift flow work?
- After you approve the proof, you'll fill in your details (you're the patron of record) and the recipient's address (where the canvas ships to). Toggle 'this is a gift' to hide pricing from the recipient and add an optional note. They get the canvas; you get the receipt.
- Can the recipient be in another country?
- Yes — we ship worldwide. Customs/duties may apply at delivery; those are the recipient's responsibility, but you can choose to gift one of our smaller sizes if you'd like to minimize that.
- What if I don't have a great photo of their pet?
- Even a casual phone snap from social media works as long as the pet's face is reasonably clear. Tell us their name and any traits you remember in the notes. Our process is forgiving on photo quality.
- What if the proof doesn't look right?
- Restart the commission at no charge. Try a different photo, a different collection, or refine your notes. You only pay once you've approved a proof you love.
- How long does it take?
- The painted-style proof appears in a few minutes. Once you approve and pay, the canvas prints and ships in 5–12 business days, worldwide.
- Is this AI?
- Yes — your portrait is AI-rendered in the visual style of the great masters, then printed on archival cotton-blend canvas by our framing partner. We say so plainly because it's what you're buying.
