- What if I only have a few photographs?
- One clear photograph is enough. Photographs taken in good light render best, but our process is forgiving — even an older phone snapshot will produce a faithful portrait. Tell us in the notes anything that helps capture them as you remember.
- Can you do a portrait of two pets together?
- Yes. Tick the 'multiple pets' toggle on the upload step and both will be rendered together. Useful for households where they were inseparable.
- How private is this?
- We never publish patron commissions. The portrait belongs to you; we keep no rights to it beyond the technical record needed to reprint if your canvas ever arrives damaged.
- What if the proof doesn't look right?
- Restart the commission at no charge. Try a different photo, a different collection, or refine your notes. You only pay once you've approved a proof you love.
- How long does it take?
- The painted-style proof appears in a few minutes. Once you approve and pay, the canvas prints and ships in 5–12 business days, worldwide.
- Is this AI?
- Yes — your portrait is AI-rendered in the visual style of the great masters, then printed on archival cotton-blend canvas by our framing partner. We say so plainly because it's what you're buying.
